CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-334 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY OF PLEASANTON TO ASSUME <br />ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES OF LIVERMORE AMADOR VALLEY WATER <br />MANAGEMENT AGENCY AND LIVERMORE PLEASANTON WATER <br />RECLAMATION AGENCY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Mr. Robert <br />years, has <br />1980; and <br /> <br />Bradford, LAVWMA Manager for the past four <br />resigned his position effective December 31, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Directors reviewed recommendations by the <br /> managers of the three member agencies; and <br /> <br />W}IEREAS, <br /> <br />it was recommended that the City of Pleasanton take <br />over the administrative duties of the LAVWMA/LPWRA <br />manager. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Authorizes the City Staff to assume the administrative <br /> duties of the Livemore Amador Valley Water Management <br /> Agency and the Livermore Pleasanton Water Reclamation <br /> Agency. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 23, 1980 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~ <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />i City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
