CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-331 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ALLOWING CHAIRPERSON BRUNO AND DIRECTOR <br />OF PARK AND RECREATION BENGSTON TO ATTEND PARK AND <br />RECREATION CONFERENCE IN SAN DIEGO AND AMENDING BUDGET <br />TO CONTRIBUTE $383 TO EACH FOR EXPENSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the California Park and Recreation Conference will be <br /> held in San Diego on March 6, 7, and 8 of 1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the cost of conference attendance is estimated to be <br /> $383 per person; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Chairperson of Park and Recreation Commission has <br /> requested the City sponsorhip to attend said conference. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Authorizes Chairperson Bruno and Director of Recreation <br /> and Human Resources Bengston to attend the annual Park <br /> and Recreation Conference. <br /> <br />Section 2: That the budget be amended to provide $766 to cover <br /> the cost of the attendance of such conference by Mr. <br /> Bruno and Ms. Bengston. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 23, 1980 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kepbart, Mobr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~~TH~~R.~/RC~ <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br />APPR VED AS T~FO~,~ <br /> ving, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
