CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 80-329 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER OUTFALL LINE FROM CALIFORNIA AVENUE TO JENSEN STREET PUMP STATION, ACEEPTING PUBtIC SERVICE EASEMENT FROM WESTERN PACIFIC RAILROAD'~COMPANY TO CITY OF PLEASANTON, AND APPROVIIqG LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH WESTERN PACIFIC RAILROAD WHEREAS the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his report dated December 12, 1980, advised the City Council that plans and specifications had been completed for the construction of a sanitary sewer outfall line from California Avenue to Jensen Street pump station, and that said plans have been reviewed by staff; and WHEREAS the City Council at their meeting of December 23, 1980 reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works and Utilities, dated December 12, 1980, relating to the project; and WHEREAS in order to construct the improvements, a public service easement is required from Western Pacific Railroad Company; md WHEREAS, a Grant of Easement was presented to the Council on December 23, 1980 for its review and approval; and WHEREAS, a License Agreement was presented to the Council for its review and approval, which license is necessary for the construction of the sewer outfall line. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for construction of a sanitary sewer outfall line from California Avenue to Jensen Street Pump Station. Section 2: Accepts Grant of Easement from Western Pacific Railroad Company to the City of Pleasanton and authorizes city officials to execute Certificate of Acceptance. Section 3: Approves the License Agreement with the Western Pacific Railroad Company for construction of the sanitary sewer outfall and authorizes the appropriate city officials to execute the License Agreement.
