CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-328 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LICENSE AGREEMENT FROM SOUTHERN <br />PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF <br />SANITARY OUTFALL FOR STANLEY INDUSTRIAL PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />prior to construction of a proposed sanitary sewer <br />outfall line serving the Auf der Maur development <br />across and beneath the property and tracks of Southern <br />Pacific Transportation Company, it is necessary to <br />enter into a license agreement; and <br /> <br />WH~ REAS, <br /> <br />on December 23, 1980 a copy of the proposed License <br />Agreement was presented to the City Council for its <br />review. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the proposed License Agreement with the <br /> Southern Pacific Transportation Company for construction <br /> of a sanitary sewer outfall for Stanley Industrial Park. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate city officials to execute <br /> the License Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 23, 1980 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Butler, Kepbart, hr, W~~er <br /> ~%CER, !~YOR <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br />~W~Iker, Cit~CZlerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> ~W~ne,~it~ <br /> <br /> <br />
