CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-326 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, JOHNSON <br />DRIVE, P.M. 2566 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements on Johnson <br />Drive from the prior terminus of Johnson Drive to <br />Stoneridge Drive has been completed and a maintenance <br />bond has been filed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />acceptance of said public improvements has been <br />recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities in his report to the City Council dated <br />December 12, 1980. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the public improvements installed on Johnson <br /> Drive, P.M. 2566, are accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON DECEMBER 23, 1980 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None ~~ <br /> R.
