CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-321 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE RESTROOM/CONCESSION BUILDING AT SPORTS PARK <br />AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated December 18, 1980, advised the City Council <br />that plans and specifications had been completed for <br />the restroom/concession building at Sports Park, and <br />that said plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />the City Council at their meeting of December 23, 1980 <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities relating to the project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Plans and Specifications for the <br /> restroom/concession building at Sports Park. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON DECEMBER 23, 1980 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None N~~NETH~R~ <br /> .'Walker, ~i~t~y Clerk ' <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />i City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
