CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-10 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE CLAIM OF RONALD AND JANET <br />MATUSEK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on December 2, 1980 the City of Pleasanton received a <br />claim filed on behalf of Ronald and Janet Matusek <br />for property damage to their vehicle; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on January 13, 1981 the City Council reviewed the claim <br /> and determined that it should be denied. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: The claim of Ronald and Janet Matusek in the sum <br />of $250.00 filed against the City of Pleasanton on <br />December 2, 1980 is hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 13, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler ~ <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />i City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
