CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED FROM WELLS FARGO <br />BANK FOR PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT IN STONERIDGE AREA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Corporation Grant Deed <br />from Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee under Trust No. <br />05-102511 to the City of Pleasanton of a parcel of <br />property for purposes of a public service easement <br />to provide for maintenance of proposed utilities in <br />the Stoneridge area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at their meeting of January 13, 1981, <br />received a report from the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities indicating that the acceptance of this <br />deed is in the public interest. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant Deed from Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as <br /> Trustee under Trust No. 05-102511 to the City of <br /> Pleasanton is hereby accepted and the appropriate <br /> City officers are instructed to take whatever action <br /> necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 13, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmenbers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, ~bod and ~yor Mercer <br /> NOES: None ~C~E~~ <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br />~J~mes R.
