CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-2 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />REPLASTERING WADING AND RACING POOLS AT AQUATIC CENTER, <br />PROJECT NO. 81-2 AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his report <br />dated January 2, 1981, advised the City Council that <br />plans and specifications had been completed for the <br />improvement of the Aquatic Center by replastering the <br />wading and racing pools, Project No. 81-2, and that <br />said plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at their meeting of January 13, 1981, <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities dated January 2, 1981, relating to the <br />project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the replaster- <br /> ing of the wading and racing pools at the Aquatic Center, <br /> Project No. 81-2. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective ia~nediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 13, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mob_r, ~bod srj Mayor M~rcer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT:: None ~~C~R,~y~~0R <br /> ames R.
