Should the Busch Road transfer station become a <br />regional facility, additional revenues resulting <br />from such use shall become revenues to Pleasanton <br />Pleasanton Garbage Service. <br /> <br />Franchisee shall advertise its annual spring cleanup <br />program in a manner which the City Manager determines <br />will reasonably apprise the public of the program. <br /> <br />Franchisee shall provide two days, one in the spring <br />and one in the fall, of free dumping at the transfer <br />station for lawn and garden trimmings and clippings. <br />The franchisee shall work with the City Manager to <br />determine the appropriate dates upon which to allow <br />free dumping which will be advertised in a manner <br />similar to paragraph j above. This program shall <br />be monitored so as to assess traffic congestion, <br />noise, and litter resulting from said program. <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />3. The City Attorney is authorized and instructed to prepare <br />any modifications of amendments to the franchisee's contract <br />and the City's ordinance regulating refuse collection in <br />order to accomplish the purposes of this resolution. <br /> <br />Section 4.
