CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-32 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STUDY OF NORTH PLEASANTON <br />WATER SYSTEM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the city's present water storage and water distribution <br />system will not be sufficient to accommodate the vast <br />undeveloped properties in the northern portion of the <br />city; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />before completion of the developments of Reynolds and <br />Brown and Meyers, the Foothill Road reservoir will be <br />needed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the firm of Camp, Dresser, McKee, Inc. has been retained <br />to make an analysis of the City of Pleasanton Water <br />System in the vicinity of Hopyard Road and 1-580 in <br />accordance with their proposal submitted January 30, <br />1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the approximate cost of the water study will be $11,000. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: · ' <br /> <br />Section 1:! Aut~0rizes the firm of Camp, Dresser, McKee, Inc. <br /> to perform an analysis of the Pleasanton Water System <br /> in the vicinity of Hopyard Road and 1-580 at a cost <br /> of $11,000. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate city official to execute <br /> the documentation for the proposed study. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 10, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />~vin~, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
