WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-31 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF REYNOLDS AND BROkeN FOR DEVELOP- <br />MENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR THE MOST SOUTHWESTERLY PORTION <br />OF THE 60 ACRE SITE LOCATED IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF <br />JOHNSON DRIVE AND ABOUT 700 FEET WEST OF HOPYARD ROAD <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of February 10, 1981, <br />received a proposed mitigated negative declaration <br />for the application of Reynolds and Brown for approval <br />of the development plan of the most southwesterly <br />portion of the 60 acre site located immediately south <br />of Johnson Drive and about 700 feet west of Hopyard <br />Road; and <br /> <br />staff has determined that the proposed application for <br />approval of development plan in this Planned Unit <br />Development District is a project for the purposes of <br />the California Environmental Quality Act; and <br /> <br />an Initial Study done pursuant to the Environmental <br />Impact Guidelines and Procedures adopted by the City <br />Council of the City of Pleasanton by Resolution No. <br />77-66 was prepared for the Project; and <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of February 10, 1981, <br />also received that Initial Study dated December 3, 1980; <br />and <br /> <br />both the staff-and Planning Commission (after taking <br />public tes-timonyat a public hearing on the environmental <br />effec~s)~ave recommended a negative declaration be <br />adopted; and <br /> <br />each member of the City Council had a copy of Resolution <br />No. 77-66 at the time of considering the proposed <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration and Initial Study which <br />details the requirements for a project to be processed <br />with a Negative Declaration; and <br /> <br />the public was afforded an opportunity to comment on the <br />proposed negative declaration at a duly noticed public <br />hearing; and <br /> <br />the City Council is aware of the provisions of the City's <br />Guidelines and Processing Procedures for the evaluation <br />of projects and the preparation of Environmental Impact <br />Reports as they pertain to requirements for Mitigated <br />Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br /> <br />
