CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-24 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED FROM AUF DER MAUR AND <br />RICKENBACH TO CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR A PORTION <br />OF STANLEY BOULEVARD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton is in receipt of a Grant Deed <br />from Frank and Alma Auf der Maur and Konrad and Elizabeth <br />Rickenbach to the City of Pleasanton for purposes of <br />constructing a portion of Stanley Boulevard; and <br /> <br />~HEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of February 10, 1981, <br />received a report from the Associate Civil Engineer <br />and the City Manager indicating that the acceptance of <br />this deed is in the public interest. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant Deed from Frank and Alma Auf der Maur and <br /> Konrad and Elizabeth Rickenbach to the City of Pleasanton <br /> for purposes of constructing a portion of Stanley Boulevard <br /> is hereby accepted and the appropriate city officers <br /> are instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON FEBRUARY 10, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br /> ~EST: <br /> <br />By Doris <br /> <br />Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br />Mercer <br />None ~E <br />None <br /> R, MAYORalker~' Ci~C~erk · <br />W ~ <br />George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />~r~ne, jity Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
