CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-23 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED FROM CROCKER HOMES, INC. <br />FOR PARK PURPOSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton is in receipt of a Grant Deed <br />from Crocker Homes, Inc. for property described as <br />Parcel "C" of Tract 4551 for purposes of a park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of February 10, 1981, <br />received a report from the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities indicating that the acceptance of this <br />Grant Deed is in the public interest. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant Deed from Crocker Homes, Inc. to the City <br /> of Pleasanton of property described as Parcel "C" of <br /> Tract 4551 for purposes of a park is hereby accepted <br /> and the appropriate city officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON FEBRUARY 10, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~~~Z~/ <br /> er, Ci~C~r CER MAYOR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Ha~Y~ne,~~eY <br /> <br /> <br />
