CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION N0.81-56 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT <br />PLANS FOR TRACT 4611, MISSION HILL, BLACKWELL HOMES, <br />AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br />Tract 4611, Mission Hill, Blackwell Homes, have been <br />submitted and checked by the Engineering staff and <br />the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements <br />received by the Director of Public Works and Utilities; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by City <br /> Council at their meeting of March 10, 1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a subdivision agreement was presented to Council for <br /> review and approval. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br /> Tract 4611, Mission Hill, Blackwell Homes, are hereby <br /> approved and accepted and the appropriate city officers <br /> are instructed to take whatever action necessary to imple- <br /> ment said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves the Subdivision Agreement and authorizes <br /> the appropriate city officials to execute the agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 10, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />H~ne~,'C~rney <br /> <br /> <br />
