CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-55 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS <br />FOR TRACT 4770, PARKSIDE UNIT 2, APPROVING SUBDIVISION <br />AGREEMENT, ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEED FROM CROCKER HOMES, <br />INC. OF WATER RIGHTS AND AUTHORIZING QUITCLAIM OF <br />SURFACE ENTRY RIGHTS FOR WATER FROM CITY TO CROCKER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plans for Tract <br />4770, Parkside Unit 2, have been submitted and checked <br />by the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection <br />fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director <br />of Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by City <br /> Council at their meeting of March 10, 1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a subdivision agreement was presented to Council for <br /> its review; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />in order to extinguish surface entry rights to water <br />on the development, a quitclaim deed was prepared <br />from the City of Pleasanton to Crocker Homes, Inc.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a quitclaim deed from Crocker Homes, Inc. to the City <br />of Pleasanton for subterranean waters, without rights <br />of surface entry, was presented for review. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br /> Tract 4770, Parkside Unit 2, are hereby approved and <br /> accepted and the appropriate city officers are instructed <br /> to take whatever action necessary to implement said <br /> approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves the Subdivision Agreement and authorizes <br /> the appropriate city officials to execute the same. <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorizes the appropriate city officials to execute <br /> a Quitclaim Deed from the City of Pleasanton to Crocker <br /> Homes, Inc. relinquishing surface entry rights, and <br /> easements, if any, related to the extraction of water. <br /> <br />Section 4: Approves acceptance of a Quitclaim Deed from Crocker <br /> Homes, Inc. to the City of Pleasanton for subterranean <br /> waters, without rights of surface entry. <br /> <br /> <br />
