CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-47 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GEANT OF EASEMENT FROM <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION <br />DISTRICT TOGETHER WITH TERMS AND CONDITIONS ATTACHED <br />THERETO <br /> <br />Council received a report from the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities recommending acceptance of a <br />Grant of Easement from Alameda County Flood Control <br />and Water Conservation District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />said easement is necessary for the construction of a <br />sanitary sewer outfall line for Tract 4551, Parkside; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />upon approval and execution of the Grant of Easement, <br />the District attached certain terms and conditions <br />to the grant, which have now been reviewed by the City <br />staff and City Council. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Accepts the Grant of Easement from Alameda County <br /> Flood Control and Water Conservation District for <br /> construction of a sanitary sewer outfall for Tract 4551, <br /> Parkside. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officials to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 3: Approves the terms and conditions attached to said <br /> Grant of Easement. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 24, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk ~ <br /> City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
