CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-41 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PRIORITY PLAN FOR PARK <br />DEVELOPMENT FOR APPLICATION FOR PROPOSITION I <br />FUNDING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton will receive between $98,500 <br /> and $105,000 from Proposition I funds for city park <br /> improvement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Park and Recreation Commission has completed a <br />review of the status of Pleasanton's parks and has <br />developed a priority plan for future park development; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council received and reviewed a report from <br />the Director of the Department of Recreation and Human <br />Resources dated February 3, 1981 regarding the priority <br />plan for park development. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the completion of Amador Community Park <br /> as the project to be submitted for Proposition I funding. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 10, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />vine,~ City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
