CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA "RESOLUTION NO. 81-77 RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 43 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF FOOTHILL ROAD APPROX- IMATELY 830 FEET SOUTH OF THE CITY LIMIT LINE TO PUD-LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL WHEREAS, the City Council, at its meeting of March 24, 1981, received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning an approximately 43 acre parcel of land located on the east side of Foothill Road approximately 830 feet south of the city limit line, which land is involved in Annexation No. 80, to PUD-Low Density Residential; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated December 30, 1980 and received the recom- mendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guide- lines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environ- ment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the prezoning of an approximately 43 acre parcel of land located on the east side of Foothill Road approximately 830 feet south of the city limit line, which land is involved in Annexation No. 80, to PUD-Low Density Residential. Section 2: The city staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 24, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
