CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-66 RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR DEVELOPmeNT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A HILLSIDE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT FOR THE APPROXIMATELY 48 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF FOOTHILL ROAD APPROXImaTELY 300 FEET NORTH OF BERNAL AVENUE WHEREAS , at its meeting of March 10, 1981, the City Council received a proposed mitigated negative declaration for development plan approval for a Hillside Planned Development for the approximately 48 acre site located on the west side of Foothill Road approximately 300 feet north of Bernal Avenue; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated December 2, 1980 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and Wt{EREAS a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated negative declarations and evnrionmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there may be significant impacts upon the environment, but that conditions of approval would render these potential impacts insignificant. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TItE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves a Mitigated Negative Declaration for development plan approval for a Hillside Planned Development for the approximately 48 acre site located on the west side of Foothill Road approxi- mately 300 feet north of Bernal Avenue, subject to mitigating conditions number 2, 4 through 6, 8, 10, 11, 13 through 15, 19 through 21, 23 through 31, 36, 39, 42, 44, 45, 53 and 66 of the 12/10/80 staff report to the Planning Commission~
