CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-66 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR DEVELOPmeNT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A HILLSIDE PLANNED <br />DEVELOPMENT FOR THE APPROXIMATELY 48 ACRE SITE <br />LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF FOOTHILL ROAD APPROXImaTELY <br />300 FEET NORTH OF BERNAL AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />at its meeting of March 10, 1981, the City Council <br />received a proposed mitigated negative declaration <br />for development plan approval for a Hillside Planned <br />Development for the approximately 48 acre site <br />located on the west side of Foothill Road approximately <br />300 feet north of Bernal Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated December 2, 1980 and received <br />the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />Wt{EREAS <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated <br />negative declarations and evnrionmental impact <br />reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Initial Study prepared by the City staff <br />indicated that there may be significant impacts <br />upon the environment, but that conditions of <br />approval would render these potential impacts <br />insignificant. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TItE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1: Approves a Mitigated Negative Declaration for <br /> development plan approval for a Hillside Planned <br /> Development for the approximately 48 acre site <br /> located on the west side of Foothill Road approxi- <br /> mately 300 feet north of Bernal Avenue, subject to <br /> mitigating conditions number 2, 4 through 6, 8, 10, <br /> 11, 13 through 15, 19 through 21, 23 through 31, <br /> 36, 39, 42, 44, 45, 53 and 66 of the 12/10/80 staff <br /> report to the Planning Commission~ <br /> <br /> <br />
