CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-65 <br /> <br />RESOLU~TION APPROViNG A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />REZONING APPROXIMATELY 10,000 SQ. FT. SITE LOCATED <br />AT 4183 FIRST STREET FROM THE C-S (COMMERCIAL <br />SERVICE) DISTRICT TO THE C-C (CENTRAL COMMERCIAL) <br />DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council,.at its meeting of March 10, 1981, <br />received a proposed negative declaration for rezoning <br />an approximately 10,000 sq. ft. site containing an <br />existing commercial structure and located at 4183 <br />First Street from the C-S (Commercial Service) District <br />to the C-C (Central Commercial) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated January 6, 1981 and received the recommendations <br />of the staff and Plannin'g Commission; and <br /> <br />a duly noticed public.hearing was held at which time <br />the public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposed environmental assessment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local guide- <br />lines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations <br />and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the rezoning <br /> of an approximately 10,000 sq. ft. site located at 4183 <br /> First Street from the C-S (Commercial Service) District <br /> to the C-C (Central Commercial) District. <br /> <br />Section 2: The city staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) <br /> of Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 10, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
