CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-65 RESOLU~TION APPROViNG A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR REZONING APPROXIMATELY 10,000 SQ. FT. SITE LOCATED AT 4183 FIRST STREET FROM THE C-S (COMMERCIAL SERVICE) DISTRICT TO THE C-C (CENTRAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT WHEREAS, the City Council,.at its meeting of March 10, 1981, received a proposed negative declaration for rezoning an approximately 10,000 sq. ft. site containing an existing commercial structure and located at 4183 First Street from the C-S (Commercial Service) District to the C-C (Central Commercial) District; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated January 6, 1981 and received the recommendations of the staff and Plannin'g Commission; and a duly noticed public.hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the proposed environmental assessment; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guide- lines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the rezoning of an approximately 10,000 sq. ft. site located at 4183 First Street from the C-S (Commercial Service) District to the C-C (Central Commercial) District. Section 2: The city staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 10, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
