CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ~ZSOLUTION NO. 81-64 RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR REZONING OF A ONE ACRE SITE LOCATED NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF SANTA RITA ROAD AND WEST LAS POSITAS'BOULEVARD FROM RM-25 (MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT TO THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT-HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT WHEREAS, the City Council, at its meeting of March 10, 1981, received a proposed negative declaration for rezoning a one acre site located near the intersection of Santa Rita Road and West Las Positas Boulevard from RM-25 (Multi-Family Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development-High Density Residential) District; and WHEREAS, WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated September .21, 1980 andsreceived the recom- mendations of the staff and pl~nihg Commission; and a duly noticed pu~ii~ hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the proposed environmental assessment; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the rezoning of a one acre site located near the intersection of Santa Rita Road and West Las Positas Boulevard from RM-25 (Multi- Family Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development-High Density Residential) District. Section 2: The city staff is directed to cause a Notice of Deter- mination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
