CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 81-61 WHEREAS, APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR TRACT 4326, VALLEY BUSINESS PARK, APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT, ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS FROM WESTERN PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, JOE MADDEN AND JOHN CAROLINE a final subdivision map and improyement plans"-~qr Tract 4326, Valley Business Park, have been. l~b~itted and checked by the Engineering staffand'th~ necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director of Public Works and Utilities; and WHEREAS, a Subdivision Agreement has been prepared and agreed upon by all parties and presented to Council for review; and WHEREAS , in order to construct an off-site storm drainage system, it is necessary to obtain public service easements from Western Pacific Railroad Company, Joe Madden and John Caroline; and Grant Deeds have been prepared and submitted from the above-named parties evidencing the conveyance of the necessary property for the easements to the City of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, all of the above documentation has been reviewed by the City Council at its meeting of March 10, 1981. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The final subdivision map, improvement plans and Subdivision Agreement for Tract 4326, Valley Business Park, are hereby approved and accepted and the appro- priate city officials are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said approval. Section 2: Accepts the Grant Deeds from Western Pacific Railroad Company to the City of Pleasanton, Joe Madden to the City of Pleasanton and Caroline-Knudson, Inc. to the City of Pleasanton, all evidencing public service easements for construction of an off-site storm drainage system. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
