CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-90 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT-OF-WAY DESCRIPTION FOR <br />PORTIONS OF PARKSIDE DRIVE WITHIN A CITY PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, portions of Parkside Drive (Parcel One and Two described <br /> on Exhibit A attached hereto) are within a City park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />in order to establish those parcels as an ordinary city <br />street, it is necessary for the City Council to approve <br />a right-of-way description to be filed and recorded with <br />the Recorder of Alameda County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />staff recommends that the City Council approve the right- <br />of-way description and authorize the City Manager to record <br />said documents with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the right-of-way description for portions of <br /> Parkside Drive. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the City Manager to record such descriptions <br /> of rights-of-way with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON APRIL 14, 1981, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br /> R, MAYORKEN <br /> <br />BY Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
