CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-89 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR <br />TRACT 4671, LINVALE UNIT 1, SAVCO CONSTRUCTION <br />COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br />Tract 4671, Linvale Unit 1, SAVCO Construction <br />Company, have been submitted and checked by the <br />Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, <br />bonds and agreements received by the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by <br /> City Council at their meeting of April 14, 1981. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br /> Tract 4671, Linvale Unit 1, SAVC0 Construction Company, <br /> are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate <br /> City officers are instructed to take whatever action <br /> necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resotUtion.Sba!~ become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 14, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~R <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />
