CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-119 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />SLURRY SEALING ON VARIOUS CITY STREETS AND AUTHORIZING <br />CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his report <br />dated April 21, 1981, advised the City Council that <br />plans and specifications had been completed for the <br />slurry sealing of various city streets and that said <br />plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the report relating to the <br /> project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the slurry <br /> sealing on various city streets. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 28, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br /> TEST: <br /> <br /> ames R. <br /> is <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br />Mercer <br />None <br />None ~.~~E <br />None <br /> <br />~fker, Ci~Y~C~lerk R, MAYOR <br />George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />~evi~n~,~torney <br /> <br /> <br />
