CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-111 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF ST. MARY STREET STORM DRAINAGE AND <br />BERNAL AVENUE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT <br />NO. 80-5, AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT <br />TO FOUR ACES CONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by Four Aces Construction on the St. Mary Street <br />storm drainage and Bernal Avenue sanitary sewer <br />improvements, Project No. 80-5, has been satisfactorily <br />completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate to authorize the final progress payment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The work on the St. Mary Street storm drainage and <br /> Bernal Avenue sanitary sewer improvements is hereby <br /> accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Director of Finance is instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $37,273.32 in favor of Four <br /> Aces Construction in satisfaction of the final progress <br /> payment for the above accepted work on Project No. 80-5. <br /> Ten percent (10%) of the total contract ($9,422.13) <br /> will be retained until thirty (30) days after filing of <br /> the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 28, 1981 BY TIM FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br /> TTEST: <br /> <br />By Doris <br /> <br />Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br />Mercer <br />None <br /> <br />George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />~evine, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
