CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-110 <br /> <br />APPROVING QUITCLAIM OF EXISTING PUBLIC SERVICE <br />EASEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF NEW PUBLIC SERVICE <br />EASEMENT FROM TAM INVESTMENT COMPANY FOR PROPERTY <br />AT HOPYARD ROAD AND VALLEY AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />since the original acceptance of this public service <br />easement from Tam Investment Company, some of the building <br />locations have changed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, to eliminate any building encroachments, it is necessary <br /> to quitclaim the original deed and accept a new deed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Authorizes the mayor to execute a Quitclaim Deed from <br /> the City of Pleasanton to T.A.M. Investment Co., Inc. <br /> <br />Section 2: Accepts Easement Deed from T.A.M. Investment Co., Inc. <br /> to City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON APRIL 28, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, <br /> Mercer <br /> None <br /> None <br /> <br />Wood and Mayor <br /> <br /> NOES: <br /> ABSENT: ~~~~ <br /> ~W~i .
