CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-109 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT FOR WORK ON <br />REPLASTERING OF THE RACING AND WADING POOLS AT THE <br />AQUATIC CENTER, PROJECT NO. 81-2, BY T & F CONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by T & F Construction performed in connection with <br />replastering the racing and wading pools at the Aquatic <br />Center, Project No. 81-2, has progressed satisfactorily <br />to the point at which Final Prograss payment is in <br />order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Director of Finance is instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $7,092.00 in favor of T & F <br /> Construction in satisfaction of the final progress <br /> payment for the work performed on the racing and wading <br /> pools at the Aquatic Center, Project No. 81-2. Ten <br /> percent (10%) of the total contract ($2,513.00) will <br /> be retained until thirty (30) days after filing of the <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 28, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~.~~E <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />i City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
