CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-108 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF OLD SANTA RITA ROAD SANITARY SEWER <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the construction of sanitary sewer improvements on <br />Santa Rita Road from West Las Positas Boulevard to <br />a point 1,925 feet north has been completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City will assume maintenance of 1,925 lin. ft. of <br />8" V.C.P. sewer main, six sanitary sewer manholes and <br />one sanitary sewer cleanout; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />acceptance of said public improvements has been <br />recommended by the Director of Public Works and Utilities <br />in his report to the City Council dated April 6, 1981. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: That the sanitary sewer improvements <br /> Road from West Las Positas Boulevard to <br /> feet north are accepted. <br /> <br />on Santa Rita <br />a point 1,925 <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a Notice <br /> of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 28, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />AB : None <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />e City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
