CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-107 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS FROM THOMAS <br />K. AND MARGARET F. McMANUS (TRACT 4551) <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed from Thomas <br />K. and Margaret F. McManus for property in Tract <br />4551; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this property is necessary for a public service <br /> easement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of April 28, 1981 <br />received a report from the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities indicating that the acceptance of this <br />property is in the public interest. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant Deed from Thomas K. McManus and Margaret <br /> F. McManus dated March 6, 1981 to the City of Pleasanton <br /> for public service easements in Tract 4551 is hereby <br /> accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed <br /> to take whatever action necessary to implement said <br /> acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective innnediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 28, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> e, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
