CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-105 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH, 1981 <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $698,530.30 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of April 28, 1981, a check <br />register and Financial Report were presented to the <br />City Council signifying expenditures for the month of <br />March, 1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City of Pleasanton which are necessary and proper <br />expenses of the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims represented by checks numbered 031326-031793, <br /> 337, 550-551 and 752-756 dated from March 5, 1981 <br /> through March 31, 1981, in the total amount of <br /> $698,530.30 are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated March 31, 1981 has been <br /> reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately upon <br /> its adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 28, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br /> <br /> : None <br /> <br /> ETH R. , <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />~ne~,~C ~orney <br /> <br /> <br />
