CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION N0.81-138 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR TRACT 3344, HERITAGE <br />VALLEY, UNIT 2, PHASE III, AND KOLLN STREET EXTENSION <br />IMPROVEMENTS, MORRISON HOMES, AND ACCEPTANCE OF DEEDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the final improvement plans for Tract 3344, Heritage <br />Valley, Unit 2, Phase III, and Kolln Street Extension <br />Improvements, Morrison Homes, have been submitted and <br />checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary <br />inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by the <br />Director of Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said improvement plans were reviewed by the City <br /> Council at their meeting of May 12, 1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />three Grant Deeds have been prepared from Morrison <br />Homes to the City of Pleasanton for Kolln Street <br />right-of-way purposes, park purposes and landscaping; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council reviewed the above-described deeds. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final imrovement plans for Tract 3344, Heritage <br /> Valley, Unit 2, Phase III and Kolln Street extension <br /> improvements, Morrison Homes, are hereby approved and <br /> accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed <br /> to take whatever action necessary to implement said <br /> approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute <br /> the amended subdivision agreement for Tract 3344, <br /> Heritage Valley, Unit 2, Phase III. <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />3: Authorizes acceptance of Grant Deeds from Morrison <br />Homes Corporation to the City of Pleasanton for the <br />following three parcels: <br /> <br />a. Parcel "A" for Kolln Street right-of-way purposes; <br />b. Parcel "2A" for park purposes, a total of 2.2 acres; <br /> and <br />c. Parcel "B", a 16' wide strip of land parallel to <br /> Southern Pacific Railroad from Peregrine Way (east) <br /> to Renellwood Way (west) for landscaping purposes. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
