CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-133 APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR TRACT 4539, PLEASANTON HILLS, CORK HARBOUR COMPAB~ AND AUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE QUITCLAIM DEEDS WHEREAS, a final subdivision map and improvement plan for Tract 4539, Pleasanton Hills, Cork Harbour Company, have been submitted and checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director of Public Works and Utilities; and WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the City Council at their meeting of May 12, 1981; and WHEREAS , the City of Pleasanton is in possession of storm drain easements across a portion of the land to be developed; and WHEREAS, these Blanket Easements are no longer necessary due to the development of the property; and WHEREAS, it is appropriate for the City to quitclaim the above property back to the developer. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The final suSaivision map and improvement plans for Tract 4539, Pleasanton Hills, Cork Harbour Company, are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said approval. Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute the Subdivision agreement for Tract 4539, Pleasanton Hills. Section 3: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute two Quitclaim Deeds from the City of Pleasanton to Cork Harbour Company covering a Blanket Storm Drainage Easement which affects all of Parcel 1 and 2.
