CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-132 <br /> <br />APPROVING SEPTIC APPLICATION AND DIVISION OF TWO <br />PARCELS FOR SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL USE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Mark Andersen applied to the Planning Commission for <br />approval of a proposed division of approximately 1.5 acres <br />into two parcels for single-family residential use; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the same time, Mr. Andersen has applied for approval <br />of installation of a septic tank on the newly created <br />parcel; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />an Initial Environmental Study was done for this project <br />and Council adopted a Negative Declaration indicating no <br />significant adverse effects will occur; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />a public hearing was held on March 24, 1981 and April 28, <br />1981, atwhich time public testimony and comment was <br />heard by the Council regarding this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council received a report from the Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities dated April 22, 1981, recom- <br />mending approval of the above lot division and septic <br />tank with certain conditions. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the septic Tank application of Mark Andersen <br /> for construction of aseptic tank at 1584 Foothill Road <br /> subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />a~ That the dwelling shall be connected to a public <br /> sewer system as soon as it is available. <br /> <br />b. That the dwelling shall be connected to the public <br /> potable water system immediately. <br /> <br />Section 2. Approves the division of approximately 1.5 acres into <br /> two parcels for single-family residential use subject to <br /> the following conditions: <br /> <br />a. That a parcel map satisfactory to the City Engineer <br /> shall be recorded. <br /> <br />That drainage facilities for the new dwelling (similar <br />to those proposed by J. Jack Bras 4/9/81) shall be <br />installed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />III <br /> <br /> <br />
