CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-132 APPROVING SEPTIC APPLICATION AND DIVISION OF TWO PARCELS FOR SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL USE WHEREAS, Mark Andersen applied to the Planning Commission for approval of a proposed division of approximately 1.5 acres into two parcels for single-family residential use; and WHEREAS, at the same time, Mr. Andersen has applied for approval of installation of a septic tank on the newly created parcel; and WHEREAS, an Initial Environmental Study was done for this project and Council adopted a Negative Declaration indicating no significant adverse effects will occur; and WHEREAS , a public hearing was held on March 24, 1981 and April 28, 1981, atwhich time public testimony and comment was heard by the Council regarding this project; and WHEREAS, the City Council received a report from the Director of Public Works and Utilities dated April 22, 1981, recom- mending approval of the above lot division and septic tank with certain conditions. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the septic Tank application of Mark Andersen for construction of aseptic tank at 1584 Foothill Road subject to the following conditions: a~ That the dwelling shall be connected to a public sewer system as soon as it is available. b. That the dwelling shall be connected to the public potable water system immediately. Section 2. Approves the division of approximately 1.5 acres into two parcels for single-family residential use subject to the following conditions: a. That a parcel map satisfactory to the City Engineer shall be recorded. That drainage facilities for the new dwelling (similar to those proposed by J. Jack Bras 4/9/81) shall be installed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. III
