CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-131 RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A LOT SPLIT AT 1584 FOOTHILL ROAD WHEREAS, WHEREAS, the City Council, at its meeting of April 28, 1981, received a proposed negative declaration for the division of approximately 1.5 acres, into two parcels for single-family residential,use At 1584 Foothill Road; and ,~ '-, I- ! the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated July 23, 1980 and received the recommenda- tions of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS , a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the proposed environmental assessment; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guide- lines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed lot division would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the lot division by Mark Andersen at 1584 Foothill Road. Section 2: That the city staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
