CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-130 RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ~MENDI~NTS TO TITLE II (ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT), CHAPTER 2 (ZONING), ARTICLES 19, 25, 26 AND 30 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASA~ON WHEREAS, the City Council, at its meeting of April 28, 1981, received a proposed negative declaration for the amendment of Articles 19, 25, 26 and 30 of Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated April 2, 1981 and received the recomm~nda- tions of the staff and P1Rnning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the proposed environmental assessment; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guide- lines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed amendments to the Ordinance Code would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That a Negative Declaration be adopted for the amendments to Articles 19, 25, 26 and 30 of Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton. Section 2: That the city staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 28, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
