EXHIBIT A

The following conditions are excerpted from the recommended
conditions of project approval and are changes in the project
or mitigation measures which render insignificant the possibly
significant adverse impacts as indicated in the Initial Study
dated 2/2/81. The conditions have been agreed to by the
developer and will be attached as project conditions at the
time of project approval.

57.

58°

That a maintenance fund be established through the
assessment district which is created to finance the
public improvements within the Meyer development to
provide funds for the maintenance and repair of the
applicable portions of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge
Drive and all internal dedicated public streets

That the following street sections be used within the
Meyer development:

Type A:

A forty-eight foot (48') wide curb to curb street
with a marked centerline as shown in Attachment 7.
This street can function initially as a two lane street
with parking on each side. At such time in the future
as increased traffic warrants, it can be revised by
additional striping and by the addition of no parking
signs to provide for two lanes in each direction. This
is intended primarily for the light industrial areas.
(See Attachment 7)

Type B:

A fifty-two foot (52')wide curb to curb street as
shown on Attachment 7 which provides for two lanes
in each direction.

-1-
