CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-129 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR AN 82 ACRE SITE LOCATED <br />AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF HOPYARD ROAD AND STONERIDGE <br />DRIVE <br /> \ <br />the City council, at its meeting of April 28, 1981, <br />received a proposed mitigated negative declaration <br />for an application and development plan approval for <br />an 82 acre parcel of land located at the northwest <br />corner of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated February 2, 1981 and received the recommenda- <br />tions of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City distributed the proposed mitigated negative <br />declaration to the State and local clearing houses for <br />comments from the appropriate state and local agencies; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time <br />the public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental assessment and proposed mitigated negative <br />declaration; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br />Environmental Impact Reports. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council finds that the proposed project <br /> could have significant adverse effects on the environment, <br /> but that the conditions of approval containing project <br /> alterations and mitigating conditions, agreed to by the <br /> developer, will mitigate those impacts to an insignificant <br /> level, said conditions being listed in Exhibit A, attached <br /> hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves a mitigated negative declaration for the <br /> development plan application of Robert Meyer for an 82 <br /> acre site located at the northwest corner of Hopyard Road <br /> and Stoneridge Drive. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Deter- <br /> mination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of <br /> Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br /> <br />
