CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 81-129 WHEREAS, RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR AN 82 ACRE SITE LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF HOPYARD ROAD AND STONERIDGE DRIVE \ the City council, at its meeting of April 28, 1981, received a proposed mitigated negative declaration for an application and development plan approval for an 82 acre parcel of land located at the northwest corner of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated February 2, 1981 and received the recommenda- tions of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, the City distributed the proposed mitigated negative declaration to the State and local clearing houses for comments from the appropriate state and local agencies; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental assessment and proposed mitigated negative declaration; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council finds that the proposed project could have significant adverse effects on the environment, but that the conditions of approval containing project alterations and mitigating conditions, agreed to by the developer, will mitigate those impacts to an insignificant level, said conditions being listed in Exhibit A, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: Approves a mitigated negative declaration for the development plan application of Robert Meyer for an 82 acre site located at the northwest corner of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive. Section 3: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Deter- mination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66.
