RESOLUTION N0.81-124 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER IMPROVEMENTS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1981-1, PLEASANTON PARK IN The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: This Council intends to order the following improvement under the authority of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913: The construction Of streets including clearing, grading, subbase, base, pavement, curbs and gutters and driveways; sidewalks, bike paths, storm drainage facilities, sanitary sewers and appurtenances; a system of domestic water supply including fire hydrants; streets lights and under- ground electrical distribution facilities; landscaping within street rights-of-way and landscaping easements, together with landscaping irrigation; and all other improvements and appurtenances necessary for a complete scheme of public improvements in tract 4788, together with the acquisition of property. This Council finds that all necessary interests in real the land specially benefited by the improvement is shown within the boundaries of Boundaries of Assessment District 1981-1, Pleasanton Park, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California." This map has been approved by the Council and is now on file with the City Clerk. The land within the exterior boundaries shown on the map shall be designated Assessment District 1981-1, Pleasanton Park, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. This Council intends to levy a special assessment upon the land within the described district in to be received by each parcel of land, There shall be omitted from special assessment all public streets, alleys and places and all land belonging to the United States, the and this City now in use in the performance of a State of California, public function. the map entitled, "Proposed accordance with the special benefit respectively, from the improvement.
