RESOLUTION N0.81-124 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER IMPROVEMENTS <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1981-1, <br /> PLEASANTON PARK <br /> <br />IN <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br />This Council intends to order the following improvement <br /> <br />under the authority of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913: <br /> <br />The construction Of streets including clearing, grading, <br />subbase, base, pavement, curbs and gutters and driveways; <br />sidewalks, bike paths, storm drainage facilities, sanitary <br />sewers and appurtenances; a system of domestic water <br />supply including fire hydrants; streets lights and under- <br />ground electrical distribution facilities; landscaping <br />within street rights-of-way and landscaping easements, <br />together with landscaping irrigation; and all other <br />improvements and appurtenances necessary for a complete <br />scheme of public improvements in tract 4788, together <br /> <br />with the acquisition of <br />property. <br /> <br />This Council finds that <br /> <br />all necessary interests in real <br />the land specially benefited by the <br /> <br />improvement is shown within the boundaries of <br /> <br />Boundaries of Assessment District 1981-1, Pleasanton Park, City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California." This map has been approved <br />by the Council and is now on file with the City Clerk. The land within <br />the exterior boundaries shown on the map shall be designated Assessment <br />District 1981-1, Pleasanton Park, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, <br />California. <br /> <br /> This Council intends to levy a special assessment upon the <br />land within the described district in <br />to be received by each parcel of land, <br /> <br />There shall be omitted from special assessment all public streets, <br />alleys and places and all land belonging to the United States, the <br /> <br /> and this City now in use in the performance of a <br /> <br />State of California, <br />public function. <br /> <br />the map entitled, "Proposed <br /> <br />accordance with the special benefit <br />respectively, from the improvement. <br /> <br /> <br />
