RESOLUTION NO. 81-122 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT <br />FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1981-1, <br /> PLEASANTON PARK <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />This Council approves that certain agreement between the <br />City of Pleasanton, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, and Bissell & Karn, Inc., Civil Engineers, for <br />services as Engineer of Work for Assessment District 1981-1, <br />Pleasanton Park, dated April 28, 1981, and attached to this <br />resolution. <br /> <br /> The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement and the <br /> <br />City Clerk is authorized to attest its execution. <br /> <br /> , , , <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting <br />thereof, held on the 28th day of April, 1981. <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />NOES: Councilmembers None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: Councilmembers None <br /> <br /> City of Fleasanton, Alameda County, <br /> ~Callfornla <br /> <br /> ine~,~Cit~ey <br /> <br /> <br />
