CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-152 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROV~IENTS TO SENIOR CITIZENS'CENTER, <br />PROJECT NO. 81-6, AND APPROVAL OF PROGRESS PAYMENT <br />TO R. L. ENTERPRISES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />improvements to the Senior Citizens' Center consisted <br />of four items of work: interior and exterior painting, <br />hardwood floor refinishing, roof repairs, and replace- <br />ment of draperies and shades; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the contractor has completed the first three items of <br /> work; and <br /> <br />a time extension until July 6, 1981 to complete the <br />replacement of the draperies and shades has been granted; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate to authorize a progress payment for <br /> those items of work which have been completed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The interior and exterior painting, hardwood floor <br /> refinishing and roof repairs to the Senior Citizens' <br /> Center, Project No. 81-6, is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Director of Finance is instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $16,197.30 in favor of R.
