CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAJ~EDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-151 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL, 1981 <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $858,173.65 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of May 26, 1981, a check <br />register and Financial Report were presented to the City <br />Council signifying expenditures for the month of April, <br />1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City of Pleasanton which are necessary and proper <br />expenses of the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims represented by Checks Nos. 031794-032212, <br /> 757-759, 552-555, 338, 156-158, and 1137-1141 dated <br /> from April 9, 1981 through April 29, 1981, in the <br /> total amount of $858,173.65 are hereby approved~ <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated April 30, 1981 has been <br /> reviewed and approved by City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and'~dopt_~:on. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 26, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~C <br />~Walker, Ci~y~Clerk ~ <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />ne,~C i~ey <br /> <br /> <br />
