EXHIBIT A <br /> TO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-150 <br /> <br />SALARY AND SUPPLEMENTARY BENEFITS <br />FOR CITY MANAGER JAMES R. WALKER <br /> <br />The annual salary for City Manager James R. Walker is $43,000.00, commencing <br />May 13, 1981. <br /> <br />Supplementary Benefits: <br /> <br />a. Medical. Fully paid premiums for the Kaiser "S" Plan with optical and <br /> prescription drug options. <br /> <br />b. Dental. Fully paid premiums for dental insurance. <br /> <br />c. Life Insurance. Fully paid premiums for life insurance with a value <br /> equal to twice the annual salary. <br /> <br />d. Long Term Disability. Fully paid premiums for long term disability <br /> insurance. <br /> <br />e. Vacation. Four weeks annual paid vacation. <br /> <br />f. Holidays. The same holidays as established for city management employees. <br /> <br />g. Retirement System. Membership in the State Public Employees Retirement <br /> System (PERS). <br /> <br />h. Vehicle Allowance. A vehicle allowance of $200 per month for reimburse- <br /> ment of expenses related to use of private vehicle for city business. <br /> <br />Administrative Leave. Seven days administrative leave per fiscal year <br />not to be taken in conjunction with annual vacation and to be reimbursed <br />twice each year, January and July, if not taken. <br /> <br /> <br />
