CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-144 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 41 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED <br />ON THE NORTH SIDE OF VINEYARD AVENUE IMMEDIATELY EAST <br />OF THE HACIErDA MOBILE HOME PARK TO PUD MEDIUM DENSITY <br />RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of May 12, 1981, <br />received a proposed mitigated negative declaration <br />for prezoning an approximately 41 acre parcel located <br />on the north side of Vineyard Avenue immediately <br />east of the Hacienda Mobile Home Park, which land is <br />involved or will be involved in annexation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br />Study dated April 2, 1981 and received the recommendations <br />of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br />public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br />environmental impacts of the proposed prezoning; and <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with the applicable state and local guide- <br />lines governing the preparation of mitigated negative <br />declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />in reviewing the Initial Study, the City Council has <br />determined that there may be significant impacts <br />upon the environment but that conditions of approval <br />would render these potential impacts insignificant; and <br /> <br />the City CounCil has ~etermi~edthat the conditions of <br />approval of the project will render those potential <br />impacts ident~l~{~d in the Initial Study insignificant. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the <br /> prezoning of an approximately 41 acre parcel located <br /> on the north side of Vineyard Avenue immediately east <br /> of the Hacienda Mobile Home Park to PUD-Medium Density <br /> Residential District, subject to mitigating conditions <br /> as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorpo- <br /> rated herein. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) <br /> of Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br /> <br />
