CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-143 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />REPORT PREPARED AND FILED IN CONNECTION WITH <br />THE APPLICATION OF ALFRED FROMM FOR ZONING <br />AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 102 ACRE <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Alfred Fromm applied for zoning to PUD and approval <br />of a development plan for a 102~ acre business park <br />to be located at the northeast corner of 1-680 and <br />Bernal Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton decided the project required an <br />Environmental Impact Report and had prepared a Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report covering specific impacts <br />felt to be possibly significant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />proper public notice of completion of the Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report for the project was <br />provided ~nd~Che Draft EIR was circulated to State <br />and local clearinghouses and other interested agencies <br />and persons for review and comment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton has accepted and responded to <br />comments to the Draft Environmental Impact Report <br />from public agencies having jurisdiction by law, persons <br />having special expertise with respect to any environ- <br />mental impact involved, and other persons or organiza- <br />tions having an interest in the proposed approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />the Final Environmental Impact Report has been prepared <br />and contains the Draft Environmental Impact Report, <br />comments and recommendations received on the Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report, and the responses of the <br />City of Pleasanton to significant environmental points <br />raised in the review and consultation process; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />the Planning Commission held a hearing on April 8, 1981 <br />and recommended that the Environmental Impact Report <br />was adequate and in compliance with state and local <br />guidelines; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton met on <br />May 12, 1981 and held a public hearing upon the Final <br />Environmental Impact Report. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
