CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUI~Y, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-179 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TWO QUITCLAIM DEEDS FOR <br />EASEMENTS FROM THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO <br />VINTAGE HILLS I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />two temporary drainage easements were granted to the <br />City of Pleasanton on the condition that they would <br />be reconveyed upon completion of the development and <br />underground storm drainage system in Tract 4119, Vintage <br />Hills; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the area is fully developed and on July 22, 1980, the <br /> City Council accepted all public improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is now appropriate for the City of Pleasanton <br /> to return the temporary easements to the developer. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Authorizes the appropriate City officials to execute <br /> two Quitclaim Deeds for the following easements: <br /> <br />Temporary drainage easement recorded on RE:3026 <br />IM:954, dated November 29, 1971, Alameda County <br />Recorder's Office. <br /> <br />Temporary drainage easement recorded on RE:3764 <br />IM:890, dated May 15, 1974, Alameda County Recorder's <br />Office. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON JUNE 9, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None ~ <br />ABSENT:: None <br /> <br />Walke[, Ci%~C/ierk ~J~ ' <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FO~{: <br />H~,C ~ <br /> e City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
