CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-171 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT FROM <br />TAUBMAN COMPANY, PARCEL MAP 3485, STONERIDGE <br />DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Corporation Grant Deed <br />from Taubman Company to the City of Pleasanton for <br />a public service easement to provide for maintenance <br />of proposed utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at their meeting of June 9, 1981, the City Council <br />received a report from the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities indicating that the acceptance of <br />this deed is in the public interest. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Corporation Grant Deed from Taubman Company to <br /> the City of Pleasanton for a public service easement <br /> on Parcel Map 3485, Stoneridge Drive, is hereby accepted <br /> and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 9, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
