CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-169 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF SANITARY SEWER OUTFALL LINE FROM <br />CALIFORNIA AVEBME TO JENSEN STREET PU}~ STATION, <br />FRANK AUF DERMAUR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the construction of the sanitary sewer improvements <br />from California Avenue to Jensen Street pump station <br />have been satisfactorily completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />acceptance of said public improvements has been recommended <br />by the Director of Public Works and Utilities in his <br />report to the City Council dated June 1, 1981. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Accepts the sanitary sewer outfall line from <br /> California Avenue to Jensen Street Pump Station. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 9, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~R~ME~E~yO~R <br /> s R.
