CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUI~Y, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-168 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF 10 FT. WIDE STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENT <br />AND ACCEPTANCE OF PARCEL "A" FOR STREET PURPOSES <br />FROM PONDEROSA HOMES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed from Ponderosa <br />Homes for a 10 ft. wide storm drainage easement on <br />Lot 7, Tract 4432, Country Fair Unit 1; and <br /> <br />WtIEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is also in receipt of a Grant Deed from <br />Ponderosa Homes for Parcel A for purposes of construct- <br />ing a public street; and <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 9, 1981, the City Council received <br />a report from the Director of Public Works and Utilities <br />indicating that the acceptance of these Deeds is in the <br />public interest. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Accepts the Grant Deed from Ponderosa Homes to <br /> the City of Pleasanton for a 10 ft. wide storm drainage <br /> easement on Lot 7, Tract 4432, Country Fair Unit 1. <br /> <br />Section 2: Accepts the Grant Deed from Ponderosa Homes to <br /> the City of Pleasanton for Parcel A, which property <br /> is to be used for constructing a public street. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 9, 1981 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~R <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />e~ City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
